ROLE DESCRIPTION:

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, sharing the value of our insurance products and services.
Use proven warm-calling techniques to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
Accurately log call details and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Identify customer needs, offering personalized insurance solutions that meet their goals.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts and referrals, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Partner with the sales team to strategize and increase sales opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service from the first call to final follow-up.
Bilingual? Your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a huge plus.

Who You Are:

You have experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales (preferred but not required).
You’re a natural at building connections and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
You’re comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to keep everything organized.
Your communication skills are exceptional—you’re confident, engaging, and clear when speaking with potential clients.
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You bring a positive attitude and are always eager to learn new sales techniques
